As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Snaile Inc., Jonathan brings visionary leadership to the company, driving groundbreaking business development, team management, and strategic planning. With a deep understanding of market trends, Jon steers the company toward innovative solutions and sustainable growth, ensuring Snaile remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

Patrick Armstong is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned business leader, recognized as the founder and former CEO of Snaile Inc. Under Patrick’s leadership, Snaile transformed from a groundbreaking idea into a pioneering force in last mile delivery and logistics, providing innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and retail clients nationwide.

Today, Patrick serves as Co-Chairman of Snaile Inc., continuing to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and fostering its growth. In this capacity, he provides guidance on key initiatives and supports the leadership team in maintaining Snaile’s position as a market leader in smart logistics technology.

With a wealth of experience in business development, marketing, and operations, Patrick has a proven track record of driving growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, and building high-performing teams. His entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision have been instrumental in delivering transformative solutions across the technology and logistics industries.

Patrick remains passionate about innovation and leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges, ensuring his legacy as a leader and trailblazer in the logistics sector continues to grow.

As President of Snaile Inc., Kirstin is instrumental in driving Snaile’s success through strategic leadership and innovation. She has overseen significant expansion in the company’s reach, providing secure and efficient parcel management solutions for multi-residential properties, retail environments, and corporate spaces. Her efforts have ensured that Snaile remains at the forefront of the industry.

Kirstin has focused on fostering key partnerships and advancing the company’s technology offerings. Notable achievements include collaborations with technology providers, integrating Snaile’s products with smart property platforms to enhance convenience and efficiency for users.

Looking forward, Kirstin is committed to furthering Snaile’s leadership in the smart locker industry. Her strategic priorities include expanding into new markets, investing in advanced research and development, and continually improving the customer experience through innovative features and services.

Tara Rashed joined Snaile Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in public accounting. She began her career at a national public accounting firm before transitioning to a mid-sized firm, where she gained valuable experience serving both publicly traded and private companies across a range of industries. As CFO of Snaile Inc., Tara is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, using her strategic planning and financial management skills to drive business growth. Her responsibilities include short and long-term financial planning, forecasting capital, and managing financial resources, as well as implementing financial policies, monitoring cash flow, budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

Tara plays a critical role in identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities for the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating the company’s financial performance to shareholders.

Outside of her role at Snaile, Tara serves on the Board of Directors of the National Sanitarium Association, a non-profit organization that funds cutting-edge research in respirology, and is a member of its Audit and Finance Committee.

André Brown is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years experience developing and delivering technology products and solutions. His experience spans across executive leadership, product development, team leadership, infrastructure management, and software development. André has gained extensive experience working across multiple industries including finance, banking, software development and consulting.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Snaile Inc., André leads diverse teams of developers, designers, technical support staff, and infrastructure specialists. He serves as the product owner for several SaaS products, overseeing feature development and driving the company’s innovation forward. André also manages the implementation of infrastructure-as-code initiatives, ensuring that the company’s SaaS offerings remain cutting-edge and scalable.

In addition to his product and infrastructure work, André leads cybersecurity governance efforts at Snaile, guiding the company toward achieving ISO 27001 compliance. His strategic leadership plays a crucial role in ensuring that Snaile’s technology infrastructure supports both growth and security.

Malcolm Smith is the Chief Operating Officer at Snaile Inc., bringing over 30 years of experience in business operations, technology strategy, and leadership. A creative MBA and licensed engineer (P.Eng.), Malcolm excels at finding novel solutions to complex problems. He has extensive experience across multiple industries, including IT sales, business operations, technology strategy, and marketing. Known for his strengths in business development, strategic planning, and leadership, Malcolm thrives in environments marked by change, complexity, and ambiguity – qualities that define the fast-paced IT industry.

Malcolm has held senior leadership roles at global organizations, including IBM and its successor company, Kyndryl, where he led teams to deliver innovative IT solutions and drive business growth. His experience includes managing large-scale IT services, crisis management, and complex outsourcing agreements. As COO at Snaile, Malcolm is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring strategic alignment across departments. He is committed to sustaining Snaile’s growth and operational excellence.

Outside of his professional role, Malcolm is deeply committed to lifelong learning and community engagement. He serves as a mentor at York University and actively supports several charitable organizations, including youth and community programs.

Allison Knudsen brings over two decades of experience in the Canadian financial sector. Her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in wealth management were fostered from an early age, spending her teenage years alongside family members and associates with proven track records of successful wealth generation. Allison launched her first entrepreneurial venture at the age of 10 and working at Midland Walwyn by the age of 14. She honed her financial acumen as an Honours Commerce graduate at Queen’s University.

Allison’s deep understanding of market success and private wealth management has been shaped by her extensive experience in both public and private sectors, including Merill Lynch, Penhold Inc., Queensway Financial, Assante, and Forthlane Partners. Allison has also been a founding investor in several startups within wealth management, digital transformation, and tech spaces.

As President of Business Development and Head of Investor Relations at Snaile Inc., Allison drives strategic business growth and manages key investor relationships, ensuring alignment between Snaile’s business development goals and investor expectations. Her leadership supports the company’s ongoing success in a competitive market.

Outside of her career in the financial sector, Allison has diversified her time creating and learning by designing and developing properties, painting, owning an art gallery, running a catering company, and volunteering with several charities. Her family, friends and dogs are her greatest strengths and loves.
