Tara Rashed joined Snaile Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in public accounting. She began her career at a national public accounting firm before transitioning to a mid-sized firm, where she gained valuable experience serving both publicly traded and private companies across a range of industries. As CFO of Snaile Inc., Tara is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, using her strategic planning and financial management skills to drive business growth. Her responsibilities include short and long-term financial planning, forecasting capital, and managing financial resources, as well as implementing financial policies, monitoring cash flow, budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Tara plays a critical role in identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities for the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating the company’s financial performance to shareholders.
Outside of her role at Snaile, Tara serves on the Board of Directors of the National Sanitarium Association, a non-profit organization that funds cutting-edge research in respirology, and is a member of its Audit and Finance Committee.
Hannah Pollard is President of Snaile Inc., where she leads the company’s operations and drives strategic growth. Having advanced through multiple roles over her tenure at the company, Hannah brings a deep understanding of the business, its operations, and its people, giving her a unique perspective on every aspect of the organization.
She has built a reputation for transforming complex operational challenges into efficient, scalable solutions and is passionate about developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across departments, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance and deliver meaningful results for clients.
Throughout her career, Hannah has demonstrated a strong ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while maintaining a people-first leadership approach. Her expertise, coupled with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, positions her as a driving force in Snaile’s mission to deliver innovative operational solutions and support a culture of growth and opportunity across the organization.
Julie MacNeil is the Vice President of Operations at Snaile Inc., where she guides the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across multiple teams. Since joining Snaile, Julie has been instrumental in building efficient systems, improving customer experience, and supporting the company’s continued growth in the smart locker industry.
With a strong background in the hospitality industry, Julie developed her leadership skills through years of hands-on experience managing people, operations, and customer service in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
